Thanks very much for this. It made it easy to create a 3D model and analyze it. I'm a little confused, though; I always thought that tank was 50 gallons, but my calculation show it as 74 gallons (I didn't deduct for the thickness of the aluminum, but that won't make much difference). I wonder if any other Whitby owners have filled one of these tanks from empty and would have an estimate of the volume. Thanks again for the measurements! Bruce

The welder that made the replacement tank sail it was +/- 70 gals, so that ties in.
I would post a question on the main Whitby site you might get an answer.
